French toast with apricot jam - Friganele cu gem caise - Bundaskenyer

















How to make:
4 buns cut in halves or 4 slices bread,2 eggs,2 tbs sugar,vanilla essence,200 ml milk,100 gr butter or oil.
In a bowl mix the sugar with milk and vanilla essence.In another bowl put the beaten eggs.Soak the bread slices or buns in milk,then in eggs.Place in a pan with melted butter and fry until crisp.
Serve with apricot jam.
