Doughnuts with sultanas - Gogosi cu stafide - Ciambelle con uva



















How to make:

Ingredients: 500 gr plain flour, 4 egg yolks, 50 g butter, 25 g fresh yeast 240 ml warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons raisins, 1/4 teaspoon salt,zest of 1 lemon, 1/2 liter oil (for frying)
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk and leave in a warm place until yeast is activated (about 15 minutes). Put in bread machine yeast, beaten egg yolks and melted butter,put the flour, then lemon peel, raisins and salt. Set the program kneading (11/2 hour). Dough can be knead by hand, then let it rising,covered in a warm place for 1 hour.When the dough is risen put it in the floured work surface and roll out a thick sheet,about 1 cm. Cut out donuts with a glass (about 7-8 cm diameter),then cover with a foil and let rise for about 20-30 minutes. Heat the oil in a deep pan. Turn the heat to low, then add 4-5 donuts in the pan.Fry the donuts on each side until they are golden. Take out the donuts on kitchen paper, to absorb the fat excess. Serve the donuts sprinkled with icing sugar or cinnamon.


Cum se  prepara :
Ingrediente:500 gr faina alba,4 galbenusuri ou,50 gr unt topit,25 gr drojdie proaspata,240 ml lapte caldut
2 linguri cu varf zahar,2 linguri cu stafide,1/4 lingurita sare,coaja de la 1 lamaie,1/2 l ulei (pentru prajit)
Se dizolva drojdia si zaharul in laptele caldut,si se lasa in loc cald pana drojdia s-a activat (cca 15 minute).Punem in cuva masinii de paine maiaua de mai sus, galbenusurile batute si untul topit. Deasupa se pune faina, apoi se rade coaja de lamaie,stafidele si sarea. Se seteaza masina pe programul de framantat si crescut (11/2 ora).Aluatul se poate framanta si la mana, apoi se lasa acoperit la crescut in loc cald timp de 1 ora.Cand aluatul e crescut, il scoatem din cuva si-l punem pe masa de lucru presarata cu faina.Se intinde o foaie groasa de cca 1 cm.Se decupeaza gogosile cu un pahar (cca 7-8 cm diametru).Acoperiti aluatul decupat cu o folie si lasati sa creasca cca 20-30 minute.Incingeti foarte bine uleiul intr-o tigaie adanca. Dati focul la mic,apoi adaugati doar cate 4-5 gogosi o data in tigaie, ca sa nu fie inghesuite si sa scada temperatura uleiului. Prajiti gogosile pe ambele parti pana sunt frumos rumene.Scoateti gogosile pe servetele de bucatarie, sa se absoarba excesul de grasime.Serviti gogosile presarate cu zahar pudra vanilat sau zahar pudra cu scortisoara.
