Pineapple & apples cake - Prajitura cu ananas si mere - Dolce con ananas e mele

How to make :
Ingredients : 150 gr chopped pineapple,100 gr chopped apple,1 tbs cherry jam,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt,4 tbs oil,1/2 tsp almond extract,1 tsp baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Grease and flour or line with baking paper a 25 cm diameter or 25 cm x 28 cm baking dish.

Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,almond extract,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture in a baking dish,add cherry jam and arrange randomly the fruits on top of the mixture.

Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 mins.Allow to cool and sprinkle over the cake some icing sugar.
